In order to respond to the need of our community in terms of giving adequate information researches, to the library clients in facing the challenge of the new normal among libraries and librarians, the Cagayan Provincial and Learning Resource Center purchased electronic databases to enhance the overall learning experience and to provide users with new tools and applications for information seeking and retrieval.
It also supports quality teaching and research output, save the time of the students, faculty and librarians. This electronic resources are invaluable research tools that complement the print-based resources in a traditional library setting.
