Cagayan Provincial Learning and Resource Center is the Philippines’ Premier Public Library fostering a culture of life-long learning through inclusive and excellent resources and services.
Mission
- To provide adequate and up-to-date information collection in different formats;
- To provide excellent and inclusive resources and services to its clients towards information accessibility;
- To empower the staff to become competent and efficient in public service;
- To promote local culture and preserve them for future generations.
- To promote the culture of reading among the Cagayanos.
- To inspire and assist LGU’s in the establishment of public libraries in Cagayan.
- To forge collaboration with local and international libraries and institutions.
